  • How Does Kahaani Box work?
    Kahaani Box is a physical library in Bangalore which also provides doorstep delivery ALL OVER INDIA through online portal. You can place your orders on the portal and physical books get delivered at your doorstep.
  • Will all the books be delivered together?
    Yes. All books as per your chosen plan will be delivered together for a month. Your monthly subscription starts the day books are delivered to you.
  • Can I get more books deliverd in a month if I finish my books beofre the month ends?
    Yes. You can renew and pay your monthly subscription and take another set within the same month.
  • What are the delivery charges?
    There are no extra delivery charges. The subscription rates mentioned above include one time delivery and pickup charges for home delivery subscription within Bangalore. For members availing home delivery services outside the city limits of Bangalore, the service shall include only one-way delivery of books from the library to the member’s designated address. The responsibility of returning the books to the library shall rest solely with the member. The library shall not be obligated to arrange or bear the cost of return pickup or courier services. Members are required to ensure that books are returned in good condition and within the stipulated borrowing period, using a reliable courier or delivery service of their choice.
  • Can I reissue some books if I haven't finished reading them by month end?
    Yes. You can request to reissue the books. If you want to reissue some books, we arrange pickup for the remaining books and send equal number of books in the next set. However, if you want to reissue the entire set for another month then basic reading charges will be applicable for the subsequent months. Please note, the library reserves the right to refuse a reissue if the said book has been requested or is on hold for another member. In such cases, the member shall be required to return the book by the due date. If the member wishes to borrow the same book again, they must join the waitlist and borrow it in accordance with the queue.
  • How do I choose the books?
    You can browse through our online library and add available books of your choice to the cart and place the order. You can add the unavailable books to your wishlist and order them when they are available again the library. Click here to visit the library.
  • Can I get book recommendations from the library?
    Yes! We absolutely love curating book sets for kids. We would like to understand the child's reading level and preferences before preparing the set.
  • How are the books picked up at the month end?
    For home delivery members within Bangalore, we arrange pickup from your doorstep once the subscription ends.   • How do I subscribe?
    Choose the suitable plan under the "Plans" section and add books to your cart and place the order. Sit back and we will deliver the books.
  • How do I Pay?
    Payment is currenlty accepted via GooglePay, PhonePe, PayTm and Net Banking. Kindly contact 99008 38500 for more details.
  • Can I pause my subscription?
    Yes. Once the books are returned you can opt to pause the subscription and not take books the following month.
  • How can I close my subscription?
    Once the books are returned you can request closure of subscription and we process refund of deposit within 7 working days.
  • What should I do if the issued book gets damaged or lost ?
    If an issued book that you have gets lost, please call us on our contact number. We will adjust the value of the book from your security deposit and also a differential amount will be collected based on cost price of the book.
  • How can I change my subscription plan?
    Please call us on our contact number for any change in plan or updating delivery address or contact details.
